I will be adding a bunch of Raids & Events to the In-Game Guild Calendar starting January. I will give all Offficers and some non-Officers moderation permissions. I will try to attend as many as I am able, but I'm sure I won't be at all of them. If anyone has any specific Raids & Dungeons they want to do, please note in this post. The idea is to Always have a raid scheduled every weekend (at least Saturday). We only run 3hrs (8-11pm), so we really need to maximize our time in Raids. That means SHOW UP EARLY!!!
Seeing how our Saturday Night Raids seem to do better than Sunday, I will be scheduling a mid-week raid to help prepare the Main Raid. that means we have a mid-week raid to clear out the bosses we have on "Farm Status" and leave Saturday for "New Content"
I would like suggestions on what night works best for most people. There are individuals that I consider "Key People" for Raids, but that doesn't mean I don't care about everyone. We need at least 2 Well Geared Tanks and 2 Well Geared Healers to insure a Raid will be a "GO". All DPS will need to be Well Geared too, but normally we can fill those easier than Tanks and Healers.
This is what we have:
Tanks
Beracon
Bratak
Zelphar

I will rarely be able to make it on Wednesdays since I don't usually get home until close to 9. I could make it more often on Tueadays and Thursdays for mid week raids. I have also been working on my priest who is now Uld geared, but my mage and warrior would better serve the raids at this point.
We usually can get 5 man guild runs on weeknights--so getting another 5 shouldn't be too hard if it's on the calendar.

Mid week raids are pretty much a no-go for me, as playing till 11 means i have a hard time functioning the next day. That really leaves Friday and Saturday as the only days i can really "Raid."
5 mans are a different story, as they are relatively fast. I know for a fact that i need some ICC 5 mans, as there is some excellent upgrade gear in there.
Also, the frozen badges, we need to farm those as much as possible. _________________

Many thanks to those who helped me get the PoS run finished. Now on to the next instance!
I don't have to work the 24th-27th, and i expect i'll be on a lot since i am stuck up here in PA. If nobody is on, will probably be doing some old world stuff, just to get it done. _________________

Wednesdays are usually a no go for me, since I won't be home till about 10pm. Tuesdays and Thursdays are fine, for now at the least.
Also, you can add Nightsung to the healing list, she is 10-man ToC geared, and can even pull off 25-man ToC. She is available, depending on out tanking/healing situations. _________________ Z

So some of you know I am back for now. It may be temporary or may not be. I don't think I'll be raiding due to time constraints, but I might be able to make some midweek runs occasionally. _________________
